Frequently Asked Questions

We need approximately 27' x 15' of space. This ensures that we have plenty of room for children to get on and off the bus safely and space to accommodate our generator.

 Our payment system works with any US-issued and most internationally-issued magstripe and chip cards bearing a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay International logo. This includes prepaid cards. We also accept mobile wallet payments and cash payments. For parties and corporate events, we do accept checks. 

 At Furry Tales Mobile Workshop, we understand that life can sometimes be unpredictable, especially with children. To ensure that we can accommodate everyone's needs as best as possible, we have established the following policy:

1. Booking Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking your event. This deposit secures your date and covers initial preparations.
2. Full Payment: Payment in full is required by the day of the event.
3. Cancellation by Host: If for any reason you need to cancel your event,  your original deposit can be applied to a future date. 

Typically we do not offer outfits for the animals. However, there may be some special events throughout the year where we have outfits available for purchase.

Though there are similarities, we are NOT Build-A-Bear or affiliated with Build-A-Bear in any way. We are a small, family owned business based out of Findlay, Ohio. Furry Tales Mobile Workshop is a one of a kind, traveling stuff-a-plush experience in a whimsically crafted bus.
